ProFire Ltd has been established since June 2008 and been serving London and surrounding areas ever since.

The company was set up by Steve Fensome (Systems Director) following a 4 year employment with a national company. During this 4 year stint, and building trust and confidence with customers dealt with, it was brought to his attention that the customer service and quality of communications between the customers and the Company were failing in all areas and so it was his aim to offer the same quality of service and communication he did with the national company, only with the company customer service and communications the 'Big National Company' lacked and therefor offering the complete package that a lot of the larger firms fail to offer.

The majority of our main customers have been dealing with Steve since early 2004 and were so impressed they left the 'Big National Company' and entrusted their fire safety in the hands of him and still do to this date.

Initially ProFire began as primarily a 'Fire Alarm and Emergency Lights only' company but has since expended into Portable Fire Extinguisher Servicing. Our technicians have passed the BS5306 Extinguisher Maintenance exam and working towards BAFE registration.
